To ensure the fastest possible completion of your account verification and to continue your financial transactions smoothly, you need to submit your verification documents in color, fully intact, in the correct format, and clearly legible. If you pay attention to the points outlined below, the verification process will be completed within 24 hours at the latest.
For your documents to be approved, they must meet certain standards. You can find detailed information on how to submit each document below:
Color Document Requirement: Black and white photocopies are not accepted. You can take a photo of the document or scan it in color and send it to us.
Document Integrity: If only part of the document is visible, it will not be accepted. The entire document you photographed or scanned must be visible and legible.

ID Copy
- Acceptable ID documents: National ID, driver's license, or passport.
- When sending these documents, do not hide any information on them. Please send a copy of both the front and back of your document.

Credit/ATM Card Copy
- When submitting a photo of the card you used for deposits, you can hide some details such as the security number (CVC code) on the back of the card or the first 12 digits of the 16-digit credit card number on the front. The cardholder's name and the last 4 digits of the card number should be visible.

Credit Card Statement Copy
- To complete your card verification, you must send a statement for the card you used to make a deposit to your Bets10 account. The statement must meet the following criteria:
- The cardholder's name must be visible.
- The card number must be visible.
- Card details (limit, statement date, outstanding balance, etc.) must be visible.
- If you do not have the current statement, you can send the statement from the previous month.
- If you used an ATM card for deposits, instead of a statement, you can send an ATM receipt showing the card number or a document from your bank containing the Bets10 transaction.
NOTE 1: If you used a virtual card, you must send a statement for the main card or account linked to the virtual card. This document should show your virtual card transactions.
NOTE 2: If your statement includes your current address, you do not need to send a separate address document.

- Acceptable address documents: A bill in your name (e.g., home/business phone, electricity, water), credit card statement, or residence certificate
Other Important Considerations:
- We cannot accept documents in Word or Excel formats. Please send your statement in PDF or JPEG format, as it was sent to you by your bank, as an attachment to your email.
- Slideshow images (PowerPoint files) are not accepted.
- The easiest way to submit these documents is to take a photo and email them to us. If this is not possible, the second easiest method is to scan the documents using a scanner and send them by email. If you do not have a scanner, you can obtain this service from any internet café. Please make sure the documents are legible.
You can upload the relevant documents from "My Account > Account Verification > My Documents." The document review will be completed in an average of 24 hours, and you will receive feedback via email.
